Yes, most of our New York work is in managed buildings. We prepare the alteration agreement package, insurance certificates and licensed-trade filings. We also work within each building's hours and rules.

Yes. We document the damage and prepare an itemized repair estimate for your adjuster. We coordinate with building management, then complete the repairs. After a fire, we handle the rebuild and coordinate with certified remediation partners for smoke and soot cleanup.

Yes, in both New York and Florida. Our project managers oversee HVAC installation, replacement and service, including fan coil units in high-rise buildings, central air and heat pumps. The work is performed by trusted, certified HVAC vendors who are fully licensed and insured in each state.
